The process is performed by a machine called a freeze-dryer that mimics the atmospheric pressure of the highest peaks in the world!
STOVE PREPARATION (OPTIMAL)
In a pot, combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 min. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 min.
EXPRESS PREPARATION (1 PORTION ONLY)
